This artisanal sea salt is a completely natural and unprocessed product, and extremely suitable for cooking and brining your dishes. Mined by hand from the salt pans of ‘Belamandil’, in the nature reserve of the Ria Formosa. gives this artisanal sea salt a trace of natural elements that are not found in industrial salt.
This allows practically all rich minerals such as magnesium & iodine from the seawater to be retained in the final product. It contains no allergens or additives.
