Flor de sal (the Portuguese equivalent of the French “Fleur de Sel”) is a gourmet salt that is a 100% natural source of magnesium & iodine.

This artisanal salt is hand-picked from the surface to select only the best crystals possible.
This sea salt can be used in any way you want, but it is best reserved to finish dishes such as grilled seafood & steaks.
