Discover how this natural, fresh sea salt from Portugal differs from refined and processed table salts! This artisanal fine sea salt is ideal for seasoning, cooking and curing your dishes. It has been mined by hand from the salt pans of ‘Belamandil’, in the Ria Formosa nature reserve. This allows practically all the rich minerals such as magnesium & iodine from the seawater to be retained in the final product. This salt contains no allergens or additives.
