Our story begins back in Saint Etienne, the home of Weiss chocolate. And it was all down to Eugène
Weiss, creator and pioneer in the world of confectionery . He discovered the art of praliné, and with his talent for blending, created Le Haut Chocolat®, the luxury confectionery with which the Weiss name is now associated.
