Our story begins in Saint Etienne, the birthplace of Weiss chocolate. And it was all thanks to Eugène Weiss, a creator and pioneer in the world of confectionery. He discovered the art of praline, and with his talent for blending, created Le Haut Chocolat®, the luxury confectionery now synonymous with the Weiss name.
